- Dinner token - 21 Sep 2018 (In name tag)
- Conference bag with abstract and programme book
- Conference Logo printed caps on sale for ZAR45 each. You may pre order one and request to pay it with either EFT(ATMRESET BANK ACCOUNT) or cash on spot
Presentation Details
Oral Presentation
Authors are advised to pre-load the presentation of respective session into the system prior to session begin.
15 Minutes + 5 Minutes (Q & A)
Poster Presentations (maximum of A0 size)
Authors are advised to stick the poster on the wall (during Tea Break or Lunch Break) before 20 September 2018 afternoon 14:00 hrs and has to be taken off by before 21 September 2018 - 17:30 hrs.
Pre-stick shall be provided to the authors. Authors may have also an opportunity to introduce their poster in the presentation time slots (within 2 minutes)
